Should I get the GO or the new MAX+?
It comes down to personal preference since both options now offer up to 60 miles of range. The MAX++ is priced higher than the GO++ due to added features like USB-C mobile charging, a front light, and quick-connect mounting. The GO has shorter delivery times whereas with MAX+ and MAX++ you are placing a pre-order.

What rear wheel size options are available?

What is the MAX+?
The all-new MAX+ is the latest battery development from Swytch, we asked our 100,000 customers what they thought – and we put the best suggestions into our new Power Pack. Delivering up to 60 miles range, with an integrated front light, USB-C port and a rear motor compatible with thru-axles.

When will it be delivered?
By purchasing the MAX+ now, you are pre ordering the kit before the Power Pack has been manufactured, based on current manufacturing timelines, we will be delivering these Kits in summer 2025.

What is the order portal?
Before we ship your kit we will be in touch with you to complete your order. This will include specifiying your wheel type and size, confirming your delivery address and picking your accessories. In the order portal you will be able to customise your order to suit your specifications.

Can I get a refund?
You are entitled to a refund at any point up to 14 days after the delivery of the product. Please get in touch with our team if you have changed your mind, and we will arrange that for you. If you kit is in transit with a third party courier, you may have to wait a few days until it arrives at your door.

What is included?

How does the front light work?
The MAX+ has an integrated front light with a light-up Swytch logo, and an omnidirectional ring light for enhanced visibility. It is a ‘be seen’ light, rather than a ‘seeing’ light with 3.5Watt of light output.

How does the USB-C port work?
The MAX+ USB-C port is for charging your devices, simply plug in your phone, tablet or laptop on the go – and you can stay connected for longer. It provides 15Watt (5V 3A) suitable for phone and other small gadget charging.

Is it compatible with thru-axles?
For the first time in Swytch history we can say yes! You will need to select the rear wheel thru-axle option in the order portal. Please note, not all thru axle sizes are the same, we will be making the thru-axle motor to fit the standard bike size.

With the MAX, you can get it right away as it’s in stock for immediate delivery. However, with the MAX+, you’re securing a pre-order at our exclusive early access discounted price.
